A few things to know.

Is the email address really free?

Yes. You can apply for a free @bizmail.pro mailbox. Applications are reviewed manually, and access depends on approval and availability. Mailbox capacity and usage limits are provided with your account details.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application and contact you at your current email address. If approved, we create your mailbox and provide login instructions. Please change your temporary password after signing in.

How is my sign-in protected?

Your login details are sent directly to our webmail sign-in over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and the webmail service. This is connection encryption, not a claim of end-to-end email encryption.

Can I go straight to webmail?

Absolutely. Your inbox is also available at webmail.bizmail.pro. Need a hand? Email admin@bizmail.pro.

Application privacy notice

When you apply, Bizmail uses your name, contact email, preferred address and optional message to review your request and contact you about an account. Your application is emailed to admin@bizmail.pro and handled by the service operator and its hosting/email provider.

The form uses an essential session cookie for submission security. A temporary hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions. The hosting provider may also keep technical access logs. This landing page does not include advertising trackers or analytics.

Your application does not include a mailbox password. Sign-in details entered on this page are submitted directly to webmail.bizmail.pro over HTTPS.

Submitting an application does not create an account or reserve an address. Requests are reviewed manually, and approval depends on availability and suitability.

Approved applicants receive a free mailbox and instructions describing its capacity and usage limits. Use the service for lawful, legitimate communication. Spam, phishing, impersonation and other abusive use are not permitted.
